Bespoke Garden Sculpture

You can commission us to create special garden sculptures.

This seat is at Walberton and Binsted C of E School West Sussex and is based on an idea from their head teacher .She had bought back from the Holy Land a bible that was held in a pair of praying hands.

So we sculptured from Oak what she wanted; a place where teachers could sit together with a pupil in a warm cacooned place and provide counsel and solace.

The Head's View

"Hi Martin Thank you so much. The hands are absolutely beautiful, and just the vision I had created in my mind as to what they could look like. The teachers have all had a good look during our staff meeting at the end of the day, and tomorrow they will each take their class across to see them in more detail and feel the warmth they create. The Children's View

"I really like our praying hands beacuse I think they are a beautiful and peaceful place to sit if you are unhappy or lonely, so you can sit quietly and talk to an adult or close friend. The hands feel lovely to touch: they are rough in some places and smooth in other places, just like hands really are. You feel safe if you sit there, because the hands are holding you, and God is with you." - Lauren
